Recently we found an Anderson-type localization-delocalization transition
in the low-lying spectrum of the QCD quark Dirac operator. I will present
the results of a finite size scaling analysis and show that the transition
is in the same universality class as the transition in the Anderson model. 
Besides
discussing the similarities and differences between QCD at high temperature
and the Anderson model, I will also present some background on the
renormalization group picture underlying our analysis. Finally, I will
speculate on possible implications of the transition for QCD thermodynamics.
