Venue: Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Mankhurd, Mumbai

The aim of this School is to equip young solid state physicists (mostly
Ph. D. students and postdocs from educational and research
institutions in India) with sufficient knowledge of topics in Chemistry
and Biology that interface with the soft matter aspects. The lectures
will be delivered by well-known experts from India and abroad, who
have several years of experience in their respective fields.

Self-assembly, functional materials, surfactants, conducting polymers,
colloids, molecular/organic electronics, organic/plastic LEDs and
photovoltaics, bio-inspired physics and engineering, MNP-based
applications including drug delivery/human health, bio-sensors,
bio-MEMS and biomedical devices, fuel cells, hydrogen storage, etc.
