Tisztelt Szarka Ur,
a levelben irtakhoz annyi kiegeszitest tennek, hogy az inercia
veszteseg mellett tudtommal az Iberiai felsziget viszonylag rossz 
osszekottetese az europiai power-gridhez is szerepet jatszott.
A francia oldalrol nem lelkesednek, hogy az ottani atomenergias
kapacitasukba "belezavarjanak" a spanyol forrasok, megujulok,
es a gaz alapuak. Mert Spanyolorszagnak vannnak egyik legnagyobb
LNG terminaljai is EU-ban.
De ok nincsenek olyan jol beagyazva a nagy rendszerbe mint
Magyaraorszag (egyenlore), inkabb csak a Pireneusokon
keresztuli gyengebb vezetek ellatason kapnak segitseget ha
leesik a frekvencia.
Es en nem kevernem bele ebbe Venezuelat erzelmi okokbol sem.
Ez eset ramutat hogy a fokozodo elektrifikacio mellett mennyire
fontos a megfelelo tavvezetek halozat es pufferek fejlesztese
EUs szinten.
