    Javier Vinós-t /véletlenül/ értem - bár jót tett egy frissítő 
duckduckgo-zás. azt is hamar megértettem, hogy az érme EGYIK oldalát 
mutatja be.
    a MÁSIK oldal - a levelezőlista Tagjai azt is megérdemlik - 
tömören: "Although growth in inverter-based resources will reduce the 
amount of grid /inertia/, there are multiple solutions for maintaining 
or improving system /reliability/—so /declines in inertia do not pose

    az iparban azt tanultam meg, hogy kedvezőtlen események vagy 
például a selejt okait ELSŐSORBAN a helyszínen kell megvizsgálni (azaz 
csak MÁSODSORBAN - de azt nem kihagyva - laborban illetve számításos 
modellezéssel). ezért kivárom, amíg az ottani erősáramú hálózati 
mérnökök és tudósok kiolvasnak minden digitális naplót, megnéznek minden 
meghibásodott áramköri elemet, kivizsgálják az eseménysort, és megírják 
jelentésüket. nagyon szurkolok, hogy a villamosenergia hálózat ügyeibe a 
politika csak meggondolt szabvány- és rendeletalkotással és /hosszú 
távú/ közérdektől vezérelt felügyeleti tevékenységgel szóljon bele. 
okosnak tartom, hogy a spanyol kormány azonnal jelezte, hogy 
külföldieket is bevon a vizsgálatba. szóval várok...
