In this presentation, I will provide a comprehensive overview of my 
professional journey-from my time as an engineer and team member at ELI ALPS 
to my current role as the founder of Suboptimal Research Ltd. Drawing on my 
experience in the scientific community and my familiarity with the internal 
procedures at ELI, I will showcase how my expertise uniquely positions me to 
support your research and procurement needs.

I will introduce the diverse portfolio of Suboptimal Research Ltd., including
* Custom advanced precision optics
* High-end multilayer optical coating services
* Thin-film simulation software solutions
* Vacuum deposition technologies
* HV/UHV components
* Spectral metrology equipment
* Raw materials, consumables and tooling for optics

Additionally, I will discuss how the players in the supply 
chain-manufacturers, service providers, and consultants-approach specific 
inquiries. I'll share insights into how manufacturers interpret requirement 
sheets, the limitations they face when preparing tender bids, and the 
critical elements of a successful proposal.

This session aims to foster collaboration and provide clarity on how
