The Lectures on Modern Scientific Programming series will be organized 
by the Wigner Scientific Computing Laboratory (former GPU Laboratory) 
from November 14-15, 2022 at the Wigner Research Centre for Physics.

An annually organized seminar series for university students and 
researchers. These lectures review topics relevant to everyone working 
on scientific simulations or high-performance computing. The lectures 
will
 be the mixture of theoretical talks and hands-on sessions, giving a 
perfect opportunity to adopt the collected theoretical knowledge.

In 2022 the lectures will focus on Machine Learning, FPGA programming, 
Quantum Computing, and Quantum Machine Learning and its application in 
physics and other relevant fields. We also would like to invite those
 university students who are interested in these topics to participate, 
the participation is free for university students.

The patrons of the lecture series are Péter Lévai (WIGNER) and István 
Csabai (ELTE).
