Next Monday, the BME Exotic Quantum Phases seminar continues with this talk:

Speaker: Judit Romhanyi (UC Irvine)
Title: Spin Hall and Chern insulator phases realized by triplet excitations

About the speaker: Prof. Romhanyi is a condensed-matter theorist focusing on 
magnetic properties of solids. She obtained his physics MSc and PhD from BME, 
doing her PhD research with Karlo Penc at the Wigner Research Centre. Since 
then, she held postdoc positions in Dresden, Stuttgart, and Okinawa, often 
doing her research in close collaboration with experimentalists. Currently 
she is an assistant professor at the University of California, Irvine.
