 Dear colleagues,

the information material about the CERIC Science Picture Contest 2017 is
finally ready and public, and can be distributed to your colleagues at
your institution (who are highly invited to participate) and to your
networks. We would be glad if you could also publish the information on
your website, blog and social media channels.

To this aim, feel free to use (and translate) the content available in
the contest's website: WWW.CERIC-ERIC.EU/SCIENCEPICTURECONTEST2017 [2] .
In order to attract professional photographers and collect high quality
pictures, it would be very useful to distribute the information and the
flyers also to photographers' associations in your country.

All materials (rules, flyer, participation form and consent form) are
also available (in all file formats) at this link [3].
Beware that pictures showcasing people can be accepted only if an
authorization [4] is previously filled in and signed by the person(s) in
the picture(s). Please ensure that scientists at your institution, who
may be in the pictures, sign it before or right after the photoshooting
sessions.
