Subject: THz Workshop - 1-2 June 2017 - 1st announcement

Dear Colleagues,

The European XFEL (http://www.xfel.eu) would like to invite you to 
participate in a workshop on the future of terahertz science at our new 
facility.

The 2 day meeting will hear presentations from leading scientists in the 
application and generation of terahertz radiation. The aim of the workshop 
is to establish a strategy for terahertz provision in combination with the 
unique X-ray pulse properties available at European XFEL to best meet the 
needs of user experiments.

The workshop will take place on 1st and 2nd of June 2017 at the new 
European XFEL campus in Schenefeld, near Hamburg. Registration will open 
1st March 2017.
