In September 2013, the 19th International Vacuum Congress (IVC-19), the 
International Conference on Nanoscience and Technology (ICN+T), the 15th 
International Conference on Solid Surfaces (ICSS-15), the Innovations in 
Thin Film Processing and Characterisation (ITFPC), the Magnetron, Ion 
processing & Arc Technologies European Conference (MIATEC), the 19th 
International Colloquium on Plasma Processes (CIP) and the 12th 
International Conference on Reactive Sputter Deposition (RSD) will be 
jointly held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, France.

This will provide a unique opportunity for sharing lastest scientific

coatings, nanostructures and surfaces.
