LyX1.1.6fix1

Action:
This is a platform invariant virus that destroys your lyx files with
high probability.

Infection details:
This virus is offered for download as the latest version of LyX. In
order to convince you, you are warned that " the file format in LyX
1.1.6 is not backward compatible to 1.1.5 and previous versions". That
means, you can open and edit your lyx files with LyX1.1.6fix1, but the
1.1.6 version will be not readable with the earlier versions of LyX
anymore. That would be OK. In reality, however, you can open and edit
your lyx file, without any problem, but when you try to save it a big
part of the file disappears if the file contains certain math characters
like \dots, \gg, \ll, etc. If you make a copy/paste from another lyx
file, and the copied part contains such a character, then the whole
program collapses and destroys the destination file.

How to clean your computer? Just remove LyX1.1.6fix1, and return to
LyX1.1.5.fix2, which works excellently.
