There will be an on-line workshop on Nuclear Resonant Scattering (NRS) 
organized by SPring-8, ESRF, PETRA and APS from 12-15 January.  Please see

This workshop will focus on the Nuclear Resonant Scattering (NRS) programs at 
synchrotron radiation facilities, including SPring-8, ESRF, PETRA and APS, 
with presentations from IHEP/China and SKIF/Russia. It is organized by 
beamline scientists and will emphasize new and unusual aspects of 
experimental programs, from the viewpoint of methods and upgrade programs. 
There will be overview talks from each large facility to give a broad 
picture, and then short talks on specific subjects, with examples from recent 
experimental work. The talks will be aimed at experts in the field of nuclear 
resonance scattering.

The workshop will be on-line only, and is designed to be readily accessible 
to scientists in Asia, Europe and the US. Each day there will be one session 
that will be 2.5 to 3 hours duration scheduled in the morning in the US, 
early afternoon in Europe and the evening in Asia.
