Kedves Mindenki!

Ezen a pályázaton, sajnos, nem nyertünk, tovább kell próbálkoznunk. Viszont
megkaptuk a Meet the Scientist http://www.meetthescientist.hu/
továbbfejlesztett változatára a pénzt. Az októbertől induló sorozatban 18
iskolába fogunk ellátogatni. Nemcsak fulbrightos kutatói előadások lesznek,
hanem látványos kísérletek is. Remélem, hogy az önképzőkörös iskolák is
fantáziát látnak a programban és jelentkeznek az Innovációs Szövetségnél, aki
a Meet the Scientist lebonyolítását végzi. E-mail:

Szeretnék megosztani két amerikai honlapot. A National Lab Day (mostmár

További értékes forrás a National Science Teachers Association honlapja:
http://www.nsta.org/store/

Ezekhez a szakmai közösségekhez, hálózatokhoz; az itt elérhető
reklámfelületekhez, tanítási segédanyagokhoz stb. jó lenne, ha nekünk is
lenne hozzáférésünk. Gondolom, akik az USA-ban tanítanak, azok tagként is
beléphetnek és megoszthatják a fontosabb anyagokat.

Üdvözlettel:

Ági

Dear State Alumni Member:

We are pleased to announce the projects selected for the Alumni Engagement
Innovation Fund (AEIF)
<https://alumni.state.gov/aeif?utm_source=special&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=aeif_may_23>
funding!

Selection of the 38 teams to receive funding from 683 submissions and 137
finalists was based on a review of the proposals from specialists, feedback
from U.S. Missions, voting from State Alumni members, and a final evaluation
by a U.S. Department of State review panel.

A wide range of factors was considered, including: the feasibility of the
project within the time frame specified, appropriate budget items*, and how
well a project met the proposed category. We were very impressed by the
enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of all the projects submitted. We regret that
we were not able to fund all the good ideas proposed and we deeply appreciate
the time, energy and dedication given to each of your projects.

Congratulations to all the teams selected for funding. We look forward to
watching your ideas become action and we hope to offer such opportunities
again in the future.

Visit State Alumni to see the list of funded projects and a message of
congratulations from Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and
Cultural Affairs Ann Stock.

* Not all project budgets will be funded at the amount requested.
Modifications, which will be communicated to project leaders, were made to
eliminate un-fundable items, in response to changes in the project
activities, or at the suggestion of the review panels.
