NDF is a DOS code dedicated to the analysis of RBS, ERDA, PIXE, 
non-resonant NRA and NDP data for any ion, target, geometry, and number 
of spectra.

The full version of NDF includes local search fitting, simulated 
annealing fitting, Bayesian inference, as well as an excellent graphical 
user interface that can be found in
http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/IBC/ndf/

A free version of NDF has just been released. It is a simulator only. It 
does not support fitting or Bayesian inference. It also does not support 
PIXE. It can be downloaded from
http://www.itn.pt/facilities/lfi/ndf/uk_lfi_ndf.htm
