Dear Colleagues,

DEPTH code, which is useful to calculate the energy and depth resolution 
of ion beam analysis methods, has been developed further.

The new, windows version of DEPTH program can be downloaded from the 
following site:

This version was used in IAEA intercomparison of IBA software.
