We are pleased to announce that the 16th edition of the WSCLAB GPU Day 2026 on

"Massive parallel classical computing, artificial intelligence, and quantum 
technologies for science and industrial applications.”

We are excited to announce this year’s event, organized by the Wigner 
Scientific Computing Laboratory of the HUN-REN Wigner Research Centre for 
Physics, set to take place at the HUN-REN HQ (1054 Budapest, Alkotmány út 29) 
on May 28–29, 2026. We eagerly anticipate seeing many of you in person for 
this inspiring gathering.

The patrons for this year’s event are

Péter Lévai (DG, HUN-REN Wigner RCP)

In 2021, the National Research, Development and Innovation Office of Hungary 
(NKFIH) acknowledged the Wigner Scientific Computing Laboratory (WSCLAB) as 
one of the  TOP50 Hungarian Research Infrastructure Laboratories. Situated at 
the Wigner Data Center in Csillebérc, KFKI, WSCLAB offers cutting-edge 
technologies, substantial computing capacity, and essential services to 
research groups and international collaborations globally.

We encourage all interested participants to register by 15th May 2026 and 
submit abstracts through our official event websites by 1st May 2026 at the 
latest.
