Sanghee Lee (Kyoto University; Japan): Doppler Imaging and spot mapping of PW 
Andromedae

We present a Doppler Imaging (DI) study of the pre-main-sequence star PW 
Andromedae. Using the SpotDIPy code, we reconstruct the star's surface 
distribution of starspots and compare it with previous DI maps.
By considering a non-axisymmetric spot distribution, which includes a 
dominant polar spot and additional spots at various latitudes, we model 
synthetic line profiles and light curves. We then explore how different spot 
configurations influence the amplitude and morphology of the light curve, 
comparing them to the actual light curve observed by TESS. 
Our results will provide valuable insights into the star's magnetic activity 
and the role of spot distribution in its photometric variability, 
contributing to a deeper understanding of starspot evolution in young solar 
analogs.
