I am writing to inform you that two PhD positions have been recently 
opened at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome and cofunded by our ENEA 
group in Frascati. Both are related to laser-matter interaction topics. 
In particular

- Topic: Laser-generated electromagnetic pulses ("Campi elettromagnetici 
transienti nel dominio della radiofrequenza-microonde, generati in 
schemi di fusione nucleare a confinamento inerziale ed in generale in 
interazione laser-materia ad alta intensità")

The positions are open to any student, not necessarily Italian. For some 
reasons, it was not possible to open both of the positions at the 
Physics Department, so we moved the first to the Industrial Engineering 
one. But without changing the actual purpose and spirit of the position.

The selection will be performed by an online interview. Unfortunately 
the call announcement

also here - is in Italian, but not the examination. The deadline is the 
*27 October, 15:00 CET*!
