*Binary formation and evolution in active galactic nucleus*
Galactic nucleus are one of the most plausible environments for the mergers
in gravitational wave events. Besides, recently tens of X-ray binaries are
found within 1pc from Galactic center. Since galactic nucleus have very
dense stellar components, frequent two and three body interaction and
resonant relaxation of the stellar component work for formation and
evolution of binaries. Further, in active phase, dense gas also plays a
role in the formation and evolution. In previous studies, some pathway for
hard binaries in active galactic nucleus is missed. Then we performed
numerical calculations and find that mergers from dynamically formed
binaries are efficient in this environments. In this meeting, I will
introduce previous works, related mechanisms, and research progress for
this topic.
Everyone is welcome!
