Group leader position

Dear Professor Petrik,
Dear Colleague,

We are looking for an excellent postdoctoral scientist to head our 
research on

*Optics of Nanostructures.*

The outstanding candidate should have a PhD degree in physics and 
ideally about two years post-doc experience in an experimental or 
theoretical group dealing with optical investigations of nanostructures, 
metamaterials, metallic particles, or surfaces. We envision an ambitious 
self-motivated scientist that is able to establish an independent 
research group.

In return we provide excellent research conditions, a lively and active 
environment for discussions and collaborations in one of the best places 
for optics and solid-state science. We support the acquisition of 
additional funding and the application for fellowships and other grants. 
The contract can start at any time and first will be limited to two 
year; it may be extended when successful.
