Abstract:
In my talk I will give a short introduction to the primordial 6,7Li
isotopes abundance problems and then stop specifically on the 6Li
abundance called the second lithium puzzle.  The  primordial 6Li
abundance is determined by the rate of the reaction alpha(d,gamma)6Li.
I will discuss  indirect measurements of this reaction using the
Coulomb breakup, calculation of the astrophysical factor for this
reaction using the ANC method and the recent first successful direct
measurements of this reaction by LUNA.
