              Postdoctoral Researcher Position
         High-Energy Nuclear Theory/Heavy Ion Physics
                    Purdue University

The Department of Physics at Purdue University is seeking a Postdoctoral
Researcher in High-Energy Nuclear Theory/Heavy Ion Physics starting from
Fall 2007. The successful candidate will pursue vigorous theoretical
research in the area of RHIC and LHC physics and will also have an excellent
opportunity to collaborate with members of the Theoretical High-Energy and
Experimental High-Energy and Nuclear Physics groups at Purdue. The initial
appointment is for one year, renewable for a second year upon mutual
agreement. A Ph.D. in physics or a related field is required at the time of
appointment. Applicants should send their curriculum vitae, list of
publications, statement of research interests, and arrange for three letters
