to be held in Dubrovnik during October 22-26, 2006. 

An interesting list of topics is proposed, and twelve distinguished Invited 
Lecturers are enlisted at the Workshop. This Programme should be highly 
attractive to the researchers from the Nanoscience, Thin Films, and 
Electronic Materials communities, and I kindly ask you to distribute the 
attached Poster to the members of the respective sections of your national 
vacuum societies in order to make it more visible and deservedly well
