"chemical Physics of Thin Film Deposition Processes for Micro- and
Nano-Technologies" to be held in Kaunas, Lithuania, from September 3 to
September 14, 2001.

I got a grant from the European Commission for financial support to
young
scientists (less than 35 years old) from EU associate states.

I wish very much that young scientists from your research center and
country
can attend the meeting.
I encourage them to fill out the application file send the package to my
address. I will offer a financial support for living expenses.
